Dayspring Distribution Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Please note that the shipping times shown at checkout refer to transit time and do not include processing time.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight. We offer shipping via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. If a shipping method is not selected, your order will default to the most affordable option available.

Order Tracking:

Tracking and delivery confirmation are included with every order. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Please note that USPS tracking may be limited to certain countries.

International Shipments:

International shipping costs are determined by the weight and destination of the order. Please note that customs procedures, duties, and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

Packaging:

We strive to minimize our environmental impact by reusing packaging materials whenever possible.

Backorders:

We ship the entire order when all items are ready. If you prefer not to wait for back-ordered items, please place a separate order.

Lost/Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for errors made by the carrier service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks (8 weeks for international), please contact us for assistance.

Returned Mail:

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you for the correct address. The customer will be responsible for additional shipping and handling charges to resend the package.
