Dayspring Distribution Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy from us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work. You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return any merchandise.
1. How to start a return
Email us at support@dayspringdistribution.com with your order number to request a return. We will issue you an RMA number. Return the item(s) in their original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside of the package. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
2. General product returns
Eligible period: 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original, resalable condition with original packaging intact. We cannot refund products that have been opened or used, whose packaging has been destroyed, or that are otherwise not resalable. Please pack returns carefully, as you are responsible for returning items in good condition.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee does not apply to defective items, items damaged in transit, or our errors. The fee is waived if you place a replacement order at the time of return for equal or greater value.
Upon receipt and inspection, a refund equal to the product purchase price, less any applicable restocking fee, is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days.
3. Return shipping costs
For returns due to a defect, transit damage, or our error, we cover return shipping and refund the original shipping charge. For all other returns, the original shipping charge is non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping. Please confirm that the products are correct for your intended use before ordering.
4. Items damaged in transit
Eligible period: 10 days from the delivery date. Inspect your order immediately on arrival. If it arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, notify us as soon as possible and no later than 10 days from delivery. Keep all packaging, as the carrier may inspect the goods and the box at the delivery address. We may or may not request return of the damaged goods; if we do, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please include photos or video of the damage with your RMA request.
5. Defective products and warranty
We will replace any defective product within one year from the purchase date. If a product fails during the manufacturer's warranty but after one year from purchase, we may refer you to the manufacturer for replacement. After the first 30 days, you may be responsible for shipping costs on warranty replacements, subject to the manufacturer's policy. For orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska, you are responsible for warranty-replacement shipping costs at all times.
6. Refused, undeliverable, and promotional-shipping orders
If an order is refused, returned to us as undeliverable, or you were unavailable for delivery, it is subject to either a restocking fee of up to 20% or a redelivery fee, but not both. If an order is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you for a valid address, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost and the actual outbound shipping cost, including where you originally received promotional or free shipping. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, third delivery attempts, or other customer-created errors.
7. Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, email us at support@dayspringdistribution.com with your order number within 7 days. We will open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated. We are generally unable to refund or replace orders the carrier confirms as delivered unless the carrier claim resolves in your favor. We appreciate your patience while we work toward a resolution.
8. Order cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because we often ship quickly, we cannot guarantee we can cancel before an order ships. Once shipped, the order is handled under this policy.
9. Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
